The Chef’s Grill INFRARED TECHNOLOGY propane gas cooking system has two ceramic IR sear burners that provide a 42,000 BTU output. A real infrared cooking system, these ceramic burners are located in the front and back of the fire box and reflect intense heat off a unique patent pending stainless cooking reflector placed in the middle of the burner box with air diffusers above for even heat. This provides unparalleled heat distribution over 504 sq. in. of cooking space with minimum flare-ups. The Chef’s Grill uses an exclusive cooking system with a Vented Hood Liner that removes smoke from front to back, expelling vapors out the back. This also eliminates blasts of Hot Air when the hood is opened. The Chef’s Grill INFRARED TECHNOLOGY has one 11,000 BTU side burner and uses a 20 Lb. LP tank (not included). The UL certified Patented safety tank ring grasps the tank by the collar, making it impossible to dislodge the tank from the grill. The two side shelves offer lots of cooking space and cleaning is easy with the removable bottom panel and drip tray. INFRARED TECHNOLOGY

The Chef’s Grill infrared cooking system uses two ceramic burners located in the front and back of the fire box that reflect intense heat off a unique stainless cooking reflector placed in the middle of the burner box. Air diffusers are used to distribute heat over the cooking space with minimum flare-ups.

Side Burner

The Chef’s Grill INFRARED TECHNOLOGY comes with an 11,000 BTU side burner that can be used for boiling, deep frying or sautéing. A cover can close and protect the burner while also serving as a side shelf.

Vented Hood Liner

Hood with Vented Liner that removes smoke from front to back, expelling vapors out the back. This also eliminates blasts of Hot Air when the hood is opened. This cool feature also helps keep the Stainless hood from turning color and lowers the hood touch temperature, by directing the airflow away from the hood, it helps lock in food’s natural juices and reduces cooking time.

Electric Ignition

Just turn on the knob and push in to ignite. Powered by a AA Battery located on the side of the grill, the push-button electric ignition ensures reliable start-up every time.
